Healing sessions with Julie are rooted in making sure you are feeling grounded in your body and receptive to the energy healing being given. When you have a healing session with Julie, there's always a short chat about your intake(filled out before the session or first meet) and what feels current for you.

Julie then leads you into a guided relaxation to help you drop deeper within, and become open to what you need. Hands-on positions are used(If comfortable) during the session, in different areas to gain access to the energy centers that need some clearing. Often times in the session, there is energy felt or messages that come through for each specific person. Sessions can include therapeutic touch with herbal body oil as well, with herbal blends Julie hand makes such as self love massage oil, anti inflammatory, or grounding. (A small fee of $5 is added with herbal oil.)

At the end of the session, Julie will have another conversation about how you feel and what came up, what she felt during the session, and give advice on ways to move forward to support what may need more tending to within your energetic/physical/emotional body. When working with cyclical bodies, menstrual cycle related advice may be given if it shows up in the session!

* Feeling a sense of lightness/heaviness/warm/cool in your body

* Feeling a deep sense of clarity and peace in general or about a certain situation

* An emotional release such as laughter, crying, anger

* Deeper relaxation within your body physically

* Pain relief physically

* Feeling connected to ancestors 

* Feeling deeply cared for and nurtured
